Headache working on this theme supper slow

I am on a dedicated server 🙂
I have other wordpress theme no issue
Now with this theme I am trying to build a website , On WP bakery page builder every time I click to have some thing
it does not load or it takes a long time , I have to try again and again to make it work . same with all major browsers
with my Internet speed this is only one reason , some thing is wrong with this theme and I have already spent so much time that
I can’t go for another theme.

What is going on?

My internet download speed is more than 250 Mb per second 🙂 This is torture … Are you sure you people have made this ok?

Do you have any browser recommendations? I have even disabled mod security in my server but have loading issues
