Headline Font not working

Years ago I developed a site with your team

Recently my client asked for a large updated so I copied the site to my server for the revamp

(A new license was bought for this process…)

Strangely, the setting under “” Theme Options / Styling / Typography / Headline Font “” is not working on the dev site.

The paragraph font “Montserrat” is showing fine, but the Headers, which should be the serif Bellefair, is displaying as Arial.
You can easily spot the difference comparing any page between the two sites.

I have tried all I could. Even removing the theme, deleting the Unicon plugins, cleaning the database transients, instalingl all again… but strangely, this particular setting still doesn’t work.

I noticed that when reinstalling the theme, all the there settings were still there… where are the theme settings saved? Where these were not deleted with the theme?
Is it the cause of the issue? As if something had been transferred form the original site and it is conflicting?
