JQuery Errors when hovering over navigation menu

I setup your theme on a development site http://grief.q-m-s-llc.com/ with no plugins activated. When I hover over the navigation menu and get a dropdown with sub-navigation items I get a JQuery error and when I hover away from the navigation menu the sub-navigation remains.

The JQuery error from the counsel: TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function
