Image Size

Hello, I like to have full-width banner images on each page with height smaller than the full screen size, – for home page, height about 650 – 900, and for other pages, height about 650. Are there options in the setting for me to do that? For the home page, I was able to get full-width but the image height is too big. For other pages, I set Full Width but images are displayed in the standard width size. Thanks.
