Minti Shortcode Pop Up Blank in Text Block

Hello,

I have a text block I’d like to add an icon to but when I click on Minti Shortcodes the pop up box is blank. I’ve disabled all 3rd party plugins but that did not fix the issue. I have the current, updated version of the theme as I just purchased it a couple days ago.
