Mobile Site Not Loading

Hello!

We’ve noticed for the last few weeks or so that our website doesn’t load on mobile. When we turn off zoom on mobile devices the issue seems to go away. Note, we don’t want to turn off zoom on mobile devices, as that would disable any optimization of the layout.

The error I get on mobile says “a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” and the page continues to reload over and over. It happens even after I clear my cookies/cache and it’s happened on multiple people’s phones (both Android and iPhone). It’s been happening for weeks and doesn’t seem to be an issue related to our devices or network. No issue on desktop.

If I Google and try to go to another page from search, it also has a loading problem. Is this an issue with the theme’s mobile optimization?
