Modify social media icons

Hi!
Can I add my own set of icons? I generated one with fontello but don’t know how or where to upload it (or even if it’s possible) . If not, how could I modify the colors individually? For instance, the facebook icon blue, youtube red instagram purple and so on? I would need the icons to resemble more to the original ones. I hope you cal help me with this.
