Not responsive on mobile devices + Force same column height

I have two small issues I would like your assistance with.

I’m revamping a site I created a while ago. The original is at https://bellrockfinancial.com/
And the new site is being built at https://br.thebrochury.com

1. Responsiveness

Although the site is responsive to browser window size on desktop, when tested on iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 15.6) and Samsung Galaxy S9, it loads as if it was on desktop, full width. See attached screenshots.

This issue is happening on both old and new site and I don’t recall this being an issue a while ago.

2. Force all columns in a row to have the same height

Online Platform

The grey boxes match the height of the text, creating an uneven, jagged look. Where is the option to make the box have the same height of the deepest? Other page builders have this option but I couldn’t find in yours.
