Onepager Menu is not working

Hi together,
on a clients website I have some issues with the onepager menu.
When I´m on a menu point “outside” the onepager, for example “https://www.katjamaier.com/seminare/”, only the home button is working to jump to the “Homepage”. I used the anchors with the correct links (https://www.katjamaier.com/#aktuelles), but it´s not working to click a menu item and get to the point.
