Only show shopping cart when it's not empty

I’m setting up a WooCommerce shopping cart, and I’d like the cart to only show up when there are actually items in the cart. I’ve done some searching, and it appears that this USED to be a feature in previous versions of the WooCommerce plugin, but now it seems like it’s not a feature anymore.

And in the Inovado settings, I’m only given the option to show Cart Icon in header, so it ALWAYS shows up, even when it’s empty.

Is there something I’m missing, or is there a line of code I can add somewhere so the cart icon only shows up with there are items in the cart?
