Portfolio: Images will not upload

Hello,

I have having issues uploading images to the portfolio section in my website. While in the back end within wordpress, when I click the upload images button it allows me to select images I want to use on my computer but no option within the media library. When I select the images I want to use and click ok, nothing happens. I have tried to use the forum to figure it out but I cant seem to get it fix. I have update the theme version, word press version, plug in updates and disabled 3rd party plug ins and it still does not work. Please let me know if you need anymore information and let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you.
