Portfolio-item in the URL

Hi there
how is possible to remove the slug portfolio-item from the URL like this one:

http://www.morgan-corporate.com/portfolio-item/company-formation/
and transform it in: http://www.morgan-corporate.com/company-formation/

I deleted the default slug from theme options and saved.
