Portfolio Problems

I have 2 problems: 1) The portfolio page can’t show the images and the filter doesn’t work. After I add the images and categorize them, I check the “Portfolio” (which page I change the name to “Gallery”), it does show the category name, but there has no images. But, when I click on Home Page where has 3 major windows for portfolio images, each one works fine by show the images i upload and the related details picture. 2) There is name for “Project Description” and “Project Details”. I don’t have projects but products, how do I change the name to “Product Description” and “Product Detail”? Besides, how I remove the “Date”?
