Problems with Visual Composer

Hi Folks. I need help with a problem on a clients website. Clients site is http://www.co2australia.com.au/

Site stats are;
Wordpress 4.6.1
Unicorn 2.3
Visual Composer 4.12.1

The problem is only visible from the dashboard side so you might need a login to view, but I have added screen shots for you. Basically when you access the pages to update and client to edit the page using the visuals composer, the whole dashboard looks changes, the boxes that opens where you usual edits only show a picture of the front of the website. I have deactivated all plugins but the problem still seems to be there, and things like the footer being set to 3 columns but it only appears as one column on the website.
