Reset menu link color when scrolling back to the top

Hello – When a user clicks a page-scroll type link in our top nav menu, to scroll down to the first section of the homepage, the menu link’s color changes, like it’s supposed to. If they continue scrolling down to other sections, the first section’s link resets and other sections light up in the menu, like they’re supposed to. But when the user scrolls back to the top after clicking the first section link, the link color does not reset. Is this a glitch, or is there some way to force a reset of the menu when the user scrolls back up past a certain point on the page? Thanks!
