Revolution Slider Timing

Hi there,
Thanks for your quick reply last time.
I’m facing issues with the revolution slider…
I’m using the fullscreen slider. In order to get a free start with my own pics, I deleted all the slides already there…

Now I’m trying to get my slider composed with 2 slides (to start with) constructed with :
1 > A background image
2 > A layer with the image of the logo
3 > An animated text base line of the logo

My problem today is that I can’t control the timings… I’d like my logo to be synchronised with my background image (appearing when the photo fade in and most of all, disappearing with the fade out towards #slide2) and I can’t get it to work…
My layers are gone before the image fades out…
