Some questions (megamenu, previous-next, google map)

Good morning, I have 3 questions:

1) I have found a little bug in Megamenu. When I use “megamenu columns-3” is not visible the classic link cursor “hand”. How can I restore it?
2) Can I customize the Previous/Next button order in Portfolio items? Can I invert the date order?
3) In google maps is missing the official “road directions” popup (see attachment image). How can I restore it?
4) When will be released next Unicon theme update?
