Sticky footer for copyright area

Hi,
On my new site I only need the copyright area at page bottom. Trouble is on shorter pages and large screen resolutions the copyright area sits well above the bottom of the browser window. I need it to sit right at the bottom when there’s very little content on a page, and off the bottom as usual when there’s plenty of content.

I’ve seen lots of css solutions online for ‘sticky footers’ but can’t get any joy using the div structure in the Unicon template.
