It started with not being able to get the Demo Import to load, but I shared the info from you FAQ page with my webhosting provider, Bluehost, and they fixed that. Then, the first template I tried to start customizing said, “Oops alias with slider home not found.” Then, while I was trying to get the Revolution Slider plugin problem fixed by deleting and reinstalling it with the update from your support page, somehow I ended up with this critical error message. I have been on a tech support chat with my hosting provider for 5hours straight and things have not improved. Please help me. Thank you
