[urgent] Theme options save button problem

I purchased the theme today, installed WordPress 5.6 and Inovado 4.6.10. Theme options save button is not working. How can I fix the problem?

PS: when I install “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, theme options page gives the error below:
