Video Button not working with uploaded video file

I uploaded a mp4 video file to the Media Library, and added the url to the Video Button.
When I click on the button, I’ll get this message: “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”
Does this Video Button not work with on-Wordpress-uploaded-files? Cause it works fine with Youtube urls.
How can I make it work?
