Website not responsive on mobile

Hi,

Responsive design is not working on my mobile device. When I adjust the screen size on my computer (down to mobile size), it’s responsive. But on my iPhone, it’s displaying as the desktop version with tiny text and columns showing up side by side instead of separating and displaying stacked on top of each other vertically. This is true for both Safari and Chrome.

How can I get my website to display properly on mobile devices?
