Woocommerce broken for Variable Products

Unicon product dropdown not correctly reflecting selected Variable Product in Woocommerce. http://corporate.aviation.ink/product/training/ shows one such product. Selecting the different options in the dropdown shows the correct option below (the SKU and price change) but the dropdown does not reflect the chosen option. It remains stuck on a single option. The description of the variable product is not shown – there is a separate description for each variable product in addition to the main description – but this is not shown anywhere when that option is selected.

The Update basket button does not update. After deleting a product from the basket, the page is reloaded without the “+” and “-” symbols to adjust the quantities.

Updated to the latest Unicon 2.3.1 and the latest WooCommerce plugin but still getting lots of problems just with a couple test items.
